CLIENT SUCCESS MANAGER
Focus on maintaining strong customer relationships and growing the SNAP footprint within our current account base. Primary objective is farming for projects/work within our current accounts by maintaining strong relationships with current contacts, meeting new department contacts, and defining client white space. Secondary objective is to foster the flow of referrals from our existing clients into new logo opportunities and wins. 50-70% of this role should be billable activities.
Project Managers play a critical role within SNAP, ensuring project success and helping to mitigate risk to the Client and SNAP within the project cycle. PMs help us have happier clients, happier teams, and more organized and successful projects.
