Salesforce CPQ Business Analyst

 

A person in this role will serve as the subject matter expert on Salesforce CPQ projects. They will be responsible for working closely with the client to capture business requirements and goals and work with the internal team to translate those into well-architected solutions that leverage the Salesforce platform and implement best practices.

  • Serve as the technical leader for Salesforce CPQ projects

  • Provide clear guidance on best practices for Salesforce CPQ

  • Translate business requirements into solution designs

  • Manage and communicate the status of deliverables, issues, and risks across multiple work streams

  • Build strong relationships among the business and IT team, manage customer expectations, and translate requirements into effective business solutions

  • Ability to lead or participate in technical integration discussions and design workshops

  • Coordinate testing (with business stakeholders), create and review test scenarios and test scripts, facilitating UAT and sign-off

  • Create high-level architecture diagrams that you can relate to both technical and business-minded individuals

  • Act as the solution owner during the project, ensuring the project’s scope and outcomes are on track
