OUR ORIGIN STORY
SNAP was born from entrepreneurs at Silicon Valley startups and using Salesforce to manage their business. After twenty years, and many companies, our team became very capable within Salesforce and, as our skills grew, so did our passion for the platform. In 2013 the decision was made to leverage our business experience and passion for Salesforce to create a consulting company.
We started with only 4 team members and 2 clients, and our business plan was straightforward: “Have delighted Clients”. We figured that delighted clients would hire us for more work and tell their friends. A very simple business strategy but it has worked extremely well. Today, SNAP is based in San Francisco and has grown a team of exceptional people with a portfolio that now includes over 60 active clients. Because we have been in our clients shoes, we understand their issues and recommend best practices that result in their users loving the system as well as the leadership team getting reliable data they can trust.
