The SNAP Origin

​

SNAP is a boutique consulting firm that was created by entrepreneurs from Silicon Valley startups who were using Salesforce to manage their business. After twenty years, and many companies, our team became very capable within Salesforce and, as our skills grew, so did our passion for the platform. In 2013 the decision was made to leverage our business experience and passion for Salesforce to create SNAP Business Intelligence.

 

We started with only four team members and two clients, and our business plan was straightforward: “Have delighted clients”. We figured that delighted clients would hire us for additional work and tell their friends - A very simple business strategy that has come to fruition. Today, SNAP is based in San Francisco and has grown a team of exceptional people with a large portfolio of active and happy (“delighted”) clients.

 

As a result of having been in the shoes of the companies we work with, we understand the issues they face and have the ability to recommend best practices lead to their users adopting and loving the system along with leadership getting reliable data they can trust.
